Founded in 2012, Hot Tub Boats is the first and premier boating experience. With joystick navigation,
continuous heating, and bluetooth speakers, we are able to provide customers with the most unique
offering in the city. All of our boats are custom built in Seattle, WA by the founders of the company.

Position Overview:

Our Assistant Managers are our brand representatives, safety and customer service experts. They are in
charge of fleet management, inventory, communicating with customers, organizing the schedule, money
management, and other various responsibilities.
This job requires attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to be flexible and adapt. This
position requires a dynamic set of skills. An Assistant Manager must be able to clean, drain, and re-fill the
boats, manage the schedule, answer customer’s questions, have a deep knowledge of our company’s
values, policies, and standards, maintain calm in stressful situations, and the facility upkeep/management.
They must have, or be able to quickly attain, competence in several technological platforms.
Two days are rarely the same at Hot Tub Boats. We are looking for people who are okay with change and
thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous boating experience is a plus, but not required.


This is a full time salaried position

Hourly Pay Base:$31/hour – Salary Pay Base:$64,480/year
