CHECK IN- Please ensure everyone in your group arrives 15 minutes before your rental time. This allows our staff to confirm that all mandatory waivers are completed and gives your group time to change, settle into the boat, receive driving instructions, and watch our safety video.
CHECK OUT– When you return, our staff will guide your Hot Tub Boat back to the dock. Afterward, you’ll find a hot shower waiting for you, stocked with complimentary soaps, shampoos, and conditioners designed for every hair type. To wrap up your experience on a refreshing note, we also provide towel service for your convenience.
WEATHER POLICY– Our top priority is to ensure you have a fun, memorable, and safe experience on our Hot Tub Boats. To achieve this, we may cancel reservations within two hours of your rental if inclement weather arises, including high winds, lightning, or hail. If we need to cancel, we will either fully refund your deposit or allow you to reschedule for another date.
We actively monitor weather conditions, and when winds are forecasted to exceed 16 knots (force 4), Hot Tub Boating becomes less enjoyable and potentially unsafe. In such cases, we will email you on the morning of your rental to keep you updated. We will wait as long as possible, hoping conditions improve before making a final decision.
CANCELLATION POLICY– If you cancel your rental after paying the deposit, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel within the last 48 hours before your scheduled rental, we will charge the full amount. However, we understand that life can be complicated, and we aim to be flexible. So, if any issues arise, feel free to contact us at info@hottubboats.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
