WHO ARE YOU FILLING OUT THE FORM FOR?

The Captain is the person taking responsibility for the boat and its persons for the reservation. (The captain must be 21+ and have a valid ID at time of check-in.)

The Crew consists of everyone joining the adventure! There’s no age limit, but please note that children under 12 are required to wear a life jacket following Coast Guard regulations, which we will provide.
